Dr. Chen's journey spans continents—from his early years in Malaysia and formative education in Singapore to earning his Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at the University of Illinois. His extensive experience in research management and consulting has not only propelled organizational innovation but has also empowered more than dozens of students to gain admission into top-tier institutions, including Cambridge, Kellogg, UIUC, Florida, CMU, and Columbia. He is a data-minded researcher, business owner, and teacher.

Recognized by federal and state agencies, Dr. Chen has also been named on evaluation projects for public health initiatives in Ohio, ensuring that data-driven strategies make a real-world impact.
